A Portsmouth man is dealing with felony prices after police mentioned he fired his gun towards an adolescent driving away from his residence.
Round 3:30 a.m. on Aug. 18, Portsmouth police had been referred to as to 140 Summer time St. to analyze a report of pictures fired.
Investigators mentioned a feminine juvenile resident of the house had been speaking with one other teenager by way of a social networking web site and invited him to a gathering, telling the boy that the door was unlocked.
As a consequence of a miscommunication, the teenager was unaware that the gathering was not on the woman’s home, police mentioned.
When he arrived on the Summer time Road residence, he discovered the door unlocked and entered, waking the residents.
Police mentioned Mark Grey, 44, adopted him out of the house and shot towards the teenager’s automobile as he drove away.
Grey faces two counts of reckless conduct and one depend of legal threatening.
He was launched on $10,000 private recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday.
