WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — A 12-year-old boy has been charged with killing his sister and critically wounding his mom in a stabbing at a Connecticut residence.
West Hartford police say the boy was arraigned at Connecticut Youngsters’s Medical Heart Tuesday afternoon. He faces one depend of homicide and one depend of first-degree assault.
